Digital Products — Non-Refundable

Since all our products are digital and downloadable, once the download link is delivered, the product is considered delivered. Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable.

When We May Issue a Refund

In rare cases, we may consider a refund if:

• You were charged multiple times for the same product (duplicate payment)
• The download link is completely non-functional and we are unable to provide a replacement
